Tottenham propose sensational swap deal

Antonio Conte wants to bring Franck Kessie at Tottenham Hotspur with Tanguy Ndombele joining AC Milan in exchange.

The chances of Franck Kessie extending his contract with AC Milan are practically zero. Despite claiming during the summer he will stay for life at San Siro, the Ivorian central midfielder is set to change club either in January or at the end of the season as a free agent.

The Rossoneri have offered Kessie a long-term contract of 6.5 million euros per season while the 25-year-old is demanding 10 million per year, bonuses included. Two clubs have been rumored as the possible next destination of Kessie. PSG and Tottenham Hotspur have the economic capacity to math Kessie’s demands.

SportMediaset reports that Antonio Conte is working to bring the former Atalanta in England. In order to convince AC Milan, Tottenham are offering Tanguy Ndombele in exchange for Franck Kessie.

Ndombele is out of Conte’s project and must look for a new club. In the summer of 2019, Tottenham made Ndombele their most expensive signing ever spending a record 60 million euros transfer fee to snatch the French central midfielder from Olympique Lyon. However, Ndombele’s adventure in the Premier League has been underwhelming so far.

Tanguy has made 90 appearances with Tottenham scoring 10 goals and assisting 9. Although he hasn’t reached his Lyon level in the Premier League, Ndombele remains a wanted man on the market. Roma are also very interested in his services.
